I enjoyed my recent stay, especially the access to the beautiful Fosse Meadows Country Park almost 3.5 km away and the charming Paradise Found Educational Farm Park just over 1.5 km from the hotel, making it a great choice for city strolls and fresh air. the friendly staff also made my stay quite pleasant and inviting.

I recently stayed at The Mill and found some highlights mixed with areas that could use improvement. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making me feel welcomed right away. My room, a Double Room, was spacious and mostly clean. The bathroom had a good shower, which I really appreciated after a long day. The beer garden is a great spot to relax. it’s spacious and perfect for enjoying an evening drink. during my stay, there were some noise issues from the plumbing whenever someone used water in other rooms, which was quite disruptive. The breakfast spread was decent, but I noticed some items were missing, and the tables weren't cleaned from the night before, which was a bit off-putting. I had to ask for more teabags because only two were provided. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in my room was spotty, making it hard to stay connected. It felt like the staff were rushed, especially during busy times. Nonetheless, the food was tasty. The value for money seemed fair, given the amenities and location, but a few improvements could make the experience more enjoyable. A cleaner and quieter atmosphere would go a long way.

Spacious room with comfy bed, but the Wi-Fi was unreliable during our stay.

The Pork Belly served at the restaurant was the star, juicy with a crackling finish that had me dreaming of my next visit! The bar area had a lively buzz, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. a top-notch shower that I didn’t want to get out of!
Not sure what the upgrade was I paid for! The Wi-Fi was dodgy, practically ghosting me. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles, missing half of the advertised items while the poor staff member was rushed off their feet.

The family room was spacious and clean, making it ideal for our stay with the kids and our small dog. The outdoor play area was a big hit, and we loved spending time at the 300-seater family patio while the kids enjoyed the adventure zone.
My kids wished there were more dining options for families with children.

The Mill offers a spacious and clean room, with a well-maintained bathroom. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a variety of pastries, toast, and fresh coffee. I appreciated the large beer garden, providing a relaxing atmosphere for evening meals, which were served promptly despite high demand.
The room showed some signs of wear and tear.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was seriously cozy, a little too cozy, actually—overslept! I liked the modern TV and the good lighting with touch lamps. Heating worked well, nice for chilly nights. the tea-making stuff was a nice touch. Just a bit basic, but well presented overall.
